Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a new email account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward electronic mails from one mailbox to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mails based on certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just specify the mailbox you would like to redirect e-mails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest.
